Fast forward 18 years:
Saroj continues to harbor a deep grudge against Indrani and her family, unable to accept them after the insult. Sayuri, the eldest daughter of the Sharmas, is now a professor and holds Krishna (Kanha) responsible for the ongoing feud between the two families. Despite the strained relations, Sayuri and Choudhary’s eldest son, Chiranjeev (Chiru), are in love and aspire to get married.
They put in considerable effort to convince their family members, particularly Saroj, to embrace their relationship. Wedding preparations are in progress, but tragically, Chiru meets with an accident and passes away on their wedding day. Saroj, devastated, blames Sayuri and sees her as a source of misfortune for the family.
Amidst this turmoil, Kanha fulfills his promise to Chiru and marries Sayuri. However, both Kanha and Sayuri find it challenging to accept each other, and Saroj adamantly refuses to acknowledge Sayuri as her daughter-in-law. Adding to the complications, Kanha’s former love, Anjali, tries to create issues between Kanha and Sayuri because she still harbors feelings for him.
Despite initial difficulties, Kanha and Sayuri gradually become friends and develop admiration for each other. Over time, they realize their profound love, but Saroj continues to grapple with accepting Sayuri. The situation takes a positive turn when Sayuri reveals her pregnancy, prompting Saroj to finally embrace her as her daughter-in-law.
Simultaneously, Kanha’s younger brother, Nakul, and Sayuri’s younger sister, Rashmi, confess their love for each other. Saroj accepts their proposal, leading to the engagement of Nakul and Rashmi.
Rashmi, unfortunately, starts feeling jealous of Sayuri’s position in the household and develops a strong aversion towards her. Saroj arranges a marriage proposal for Kusum with a man named Rishi, unaware that Rishi is abusive and inflicts torment upon Kusum. Upon discovering the harsh reality, Sayuri and Kanha take decisive action, leading to Rishi’s arrest. However, Rishi manages to escape from jail and kidnaps Kusum.
Sayuri takes it upon herself to rescue Kusum from Rishi, facing an attack in the process. Tragically, Sayuri suffers a miscarriage during this harrowing ordeal. In an unexpected turn, Sayuri’s friend Yash and Kusum find love in each other.
Subsequently, Yash and Kusum, as well as Nakul and Rashmi, tie the knot. However, Rashmi, harboring resentment towards Sayuri, confesses to her inability to conceive with the ulterior motive of causing discord between Sayuri and Kanha. Unmasking Rashmi’s deception, Sayuri exposes her, leading to Rashmi nursing ill intentions towards Sayuri.
During a family deity worship gathering involving Sayuri, Kanha, Nakul, Rashmi, Yash, and Kusum, a shocking tragedy unfolds. Rashmi, fueled by malice, pushes Sayuri off a cliff, resulting in Sayuri’s heartbreaking demise.

A year later:
Destined By Fate Starlife Full Story: Rashmi continues to grapple with nightmares stemming from the tragic incident and has given birth to her child with Nakul. Kanha, still struggling to cope with Sayuri’s untimely demise, finds his relationship with Nakul strained.
In a twist of fate, Kanha meets with an accident, and Dr. Vikrant comes to his aid. To Kanha’s astonishment, he discovers that Vikrant’s wife, Sanchi, bears a striking resemblance to Sayuri and they have a daughter named Komal. Overjoyed, Kanha believes Saachi to be Sayuri. However, the reality is that Saachi is indeed Sayuri but conceals this truth from Kanha because her and Kanha’s daughter is with Vikrant.
Vikrant exploits this secret to blackmail Sayuri, threatening harm to their daughter if she discloses the truth to Kanha. Meanwhile, Kanha is determined to unravel the mystery and bring Sayuri back home.
A shocking revelation leaves Rashmi stunned as she discovers that Sayuri is still alive.
Saroj, initially resistant, refuses to accept Ammu into her family, citing that a dignified family would never embrace a woman like Ammu. However, Kanha and Sayuri share how Ammu saved Nakul’s life, gave his life meaning, and helped them rid themselves of Chaman. Overwhelmed with guilt for her past judgment, Saroj wholeheartedly accepts Ammu into the family.
After another year, the Chaudhry family joyously celebrates the wedding of Nakul and Ammu. Kanha captures the event for his fans, extends congratulations to the couple, and playfully insists on a honeymoon trip with Sayuri, continuing their lively banter. The series concludes on a positive note with the Chaudhry family overcoming their challenges and reuniting.
