Imlie Full Story, Plot Summary, Episodes, Casts, Teasers: “Imlie” is an Indian TV series that has been airing on Star Life since August 23, 2022. It originally started on Star Jalsha in Bengali and was then remade in Hindi on StarPlus as “Mohi” by Whitehorse Productions. Later, the renowned 4 Lions Films producer, Gul Khan, remade it once again as “Imlie.” With millions of viewers already, “Imlie” on Star Life is truly a masterpiece.
The story revolves around the timeless themes of love and marriage, which often come with uncertainties, especially in a society where forced marriages are common. Imlie, a beautiful and lovable character, is no exception to this roller-coaster ride as she faces challenges with the man she is forced to marry. However, her belief in marriage, upbringing, and faith in God keep her committed to this relationship.
Imlie and Aditya find themselves in an unwanted marriage. Imlie falls in love with Aryan, a man who seeks to harm her husband, Aditya, as he believes Aditya is responsible for his brother-in-law’s death. Summary Of “Imlie Starlife”:
Aditya and Imlie find themselves in a forced marriage. Imlie steps in to save Aditya from a dangerous situation but soon learns that he intends to marry Malini. Despite her heroic act, Aditya treats Imlie poorly. Malini, on her part, tries to create a rift between them, but as time goes on, Aditya eventually falls in love with Imlie.
During this journey, Imlie also forms a close bond with businessman Aryan. Their love story endures even after facing various challenges, and their connection remains strong even after their untimely deaths, creating a poignant and enduring tale of love and resilience.
Imlie Full Story
Season 1
of “Imlie” introduces us to Imlie, an 18-year-old girl raised by a farmer and activist named Satyakam in a village in Uttar Pradesh. She dreams of becoming a police officer and is a strong, independent young woman due to her single-parent upbringing. However, her life takes a twist when she’s forced into an unwilling marriage with Aditya, who plans to marry his former love, Malini. As the story unfolds, Aditya’s feelings for Imlie change, creating a love triangle, and Imlie also forms a bond with businessman Aryan.
Aditya, a journalist from New Delhi, proposes to Malini but ends up in Pagdandia with Imlie, where they face misunderstandings and threats from villagers. Malini, upon learning of their marriage, faints. Aditya introduces Imlie as a maid, but his family grows fond of her. Imlie stays due to her upbringing and traditions, even when Aditya marries Malini.
Aditya discovers that Imlie is Malini’s half-sister, leading to a plan to leave her in Pagdandia. A bomb blast changes his view, and Imlie saves Malini in an accident, prompting Aditya to propose to Imlie. Malini, thinking Aditya is unfaithful, goes to great lengths to uncover her true identity in Pagdandia. The story continues with Aditya’s family’s acceptance of Imlie, leading to further dramatic developments.
Season 2
takes us five years ahead, with Imlie working as an independent journalist in Pagdandia, fighting against social injustice. Malini, now vengeful and a major shareholder in Bhaskar Times, publishes a negative article about Imlie’s village. Aryan visits Pagdandia, leading to a reunion with Imlie. A bomb plot by Malini tragically ends the season.
The story then jumps to 18 years later, introducing Cheeni, Malini and Aditya’s daughter, and Imlie, Aryan and Imlie’s daughter. Their lives intertwine with Atharva, leading to potential romantic entanglements and new challenges. Cheeni pretends to be in love with Atharva to secure his property, while Imlie and Atharva develop a genuine bond. The story unfolds with deceit, secrets, and a love triangle, ultimately bringing Atharva and Imlie together amidst all the drama.
